Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at sussaneeki27@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.
